The Poiz Residences and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui

The architect could have placed the yard WC sharing the same wall as bedroom 4; but a wise choice to avoid this. (Type H D1 ap)

And many of the other similar layouts also avoided this. A plus point under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui.

In recent years, some condos have a few stacks/units that have similar (to the attached) layout.

However, from a Shapes and Forms and even Flying Star point of view; if the auspicious wealth stars are at the frontage of the unit; having a kitchen at this frontage is inauspicious.

Where possible, within this The Poiz and in other developments; try to select "normal" layouts instead of such a layout plan. (If possible).

And perhaps, select such layouts as a last resort.

1. The Poiz Residencesand Flying Star Feng Shui of Block 2

2. Block 2 has stacks that are either facing N3 or S3.

3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N3 facing vs a S3 facing chart.

3.1 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart.

3.2 S3 facing stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

4.In an S3 chart it is advantagesthat the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N3 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area.

4.2. The only concern for a S3 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

4.3 Thus for a South facing (S3) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from.

In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart.

This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.
