Under Shapes and Forms it is good that this development consists of three point-blocks of flats. 1.1 Point-block flats have it's advantages as air or qi circulates quickly around each block / stack ensuring that all stacks/units are airy. 2. Another good point is that this development faces true-cardinal points of North 0/360 / South 180 degrees / East 90 degrees. 2.1 A safe consideration under Flying Stars Feng Shui. As in some developments the facing direction of a few stacks borderline between e.g. N2 and N3 facing directions. 2.2 Here, even if the stacks are slightly angled this will not cause the stack/unit to fall in between e.g. say N2 or N3. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 3.2 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.3The S2 facing stacks are by far the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.4. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 3.5. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3.6 The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 3.7. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. 4. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the house. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are. Weng Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 Hi, i would like to seek your opinion whether stack 20 or stack 13 of the highline residence suits me better. I am born in 1974. Female. Based on your diagram above, stack 20 is N2 and stack 13 belongs to S2. Stack 20, the door faces south with balcony facing north. Stack 23 has its door facing east, and balcony facing south. I read some articles that my kua should avoid having door facing the east, as it could lead to total loss, ie bankruptcy. Does it apply in this case? A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. Keep in mind that while a geomancer may deem this development favorable, the quality of a unit also relies on its specific location within the development. 2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 3. Consider this scenario: the unit resembles a dilapidated 1,000 cc car that has seen better days. Not even a skilled Feng Shui Master could transform it into a desirable unit! 3.1. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 4. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc... 4.1.
