As roads are considered similar to water courses; attached, one can find the future site of Stars of Kovan compared to a site considered under the water dragon classics as auspicious.

Stars of Kovan condo & Floor Plans. Type A3

1. Highly unusual for the internal rubbish chute to be beside the main door entrance of the Type A3 unit. No sane architect would ever design this. But, perhaps... the architect had one drink too many??

2. It is common to find the main entrance (marking in purple A) facing the master bedroom door (marking B). Just that for this 1 bedroom type the distance between each other is too close. Fortunately, there is no windows or openings at marking in blue "X".

Otherwise, the rest of this bedroom type looks "normal".

1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui ideally, it is best to avoid having the stove visible from the main entrance door.

1.1 Even if there is a kitchen door.

1.2 However, frankly, how many of us open and close the kitchen door every time we get in or out of the kitchen.

2. Usually a bedroom e.g. bedroom 2 opens towards an opening. In this case, the "opening" are the air-con compressors of the entire house.

Welcome to Type B12 layout plan... which is less than perfect...

It is such a waste that the window openings of bedrooms 2 and 3 open towards the air-con ledge.

It not only makes the fa?ade or the frontage "ugly" even if there are some claddings to hide the air-con compressors.

Such layout plans were uncommon and frown upon 10 to 30 years ago.

The most generous thing about this development is the huge over-hanging RC roofs. Reminds one of the vague resemblence to Marina Bay Sand.

This implies that one might still get natural ventilation by opening certain windows for many units closer to the roof-line.

While the church still stands today. The church is directly north of the site. The church’s name is called “Glad Tidings Church”.

This church was started by an European (Finnish couple) at the same site since 1957. That is why it has a unique name. Unlike the popular: Methodist or Anglican or Adventist or Catholic Churches commonly found through Singapore.

Rubbish Bin Chute in the Kitchen (not service yard). Anyway, there ain't no service yard .. Oops!

In the past, all condo units with internal rubbish bins always have this bin at the unit's service yard area. Never like this: within the kitchen proper.

Often, even if one is careful, when we open the rubbish bin chute, sometimes, the "air" within the rubbish bin would gush out.

What worse outcome is when this "air" with all sorts of germs and baterial flow out of the bin chute and deposit itself onto the surface of the fridge, kitchen table table, stove etc. etc.. O-Dear....

Frankly, might as well be better off if the development has the common rubbish chute(s) at the lobby vs such a position.

Flow and Qi + Bottle-neck especially between stacks #02 and #21. Other stacks #01, #22, #19 and even #03 may be "affected" by this flow of qi  = sha qi

Who says extremely windy is good Feng Shui?

A "calm breezy" home is generally auspicious. 

What you mean by "calm breezy"? 

Just imagine if one is in a home. And turn on the fan. The speed is 1 or 2 (low to moderate). 

To test this, open up an umbrella. If the person is able to control the umbrella without much effort, then this is a reasonable "calm breezy" ... and thus considered favourable.

However, as there is a bottle-neck at marking in red "X"; added by the North and South orientation, on windy days, I believe, it can be really windy.

Not the typhoon type of winds found in Hong Kong. But windy enough when one holds an umbrella to have it tear away from our hands... this sort of windy condition is no good in Feng Shui.

Here, it can mean health concerns and also affect wealth luck!

So what should one do?

In such a condition, one can still control the situation by closing the balcony windows and /or bedroom windows.

As for stack #03, most likely the wind may flow from the service yard/kitchen into the home. Here, perhaps, no choice but to close the window(s) or kitchen entrance door!

P.S. Wind flow at Stars of Kovan is often North-South depending on the time of day + High / Low pressure zone.
