myfs_161638
Hi, I have checked the best sleeping directions for me - east / south. But in my room, if I shift my bed in these directions, my bed edge my head is pointing at will be either against a glass sliding door or against nothing (because it would be facing my cupboard). Is it better to sleep in my best directions or to sleep with my bed with a wall backing it? Thanks!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 8, 2016 These are some considerations: 1. Shapes and Forms prevail over one's best bed-head directions. 2. Often when one enters an empty bedroom; one already can visualise where the bed-head may be located. 2.1. For example, please see attachment. Often many of us walk into a bedroom and most likely visualise that the bed-head could be at this location Quote On 7/8/2016 10:53:17 AM, Anonymous wrote:Hi, I have checked the bestsleeping directions for me -east / south. Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 8, 2016 Under Part 1: as mentioned, when one sees an empty bedroom, many of us would have a likely feeling of where to place a potential bed/bed-head. And this is basically Shapes and Forms. Please see attachment. It is not ideal to place a bed-head in this position. This is because just imagine if one frequently opens the windows in the bedroom. Natural air flow would often follow what is shown in sky-blue colour. The air-refresh rate or cycle at the corner where the bed-head is less. And often air stagnates at this area. (Unless one turns on the air-con or fan). Thus, even if the bed-head position based on the Eight House is suitable to the person, it may not be optimum for this bedroom. Under the Holy Trinity of Luck, there are three kinds of luck:- 1. HEAVEN LUCK or born with 2. EARTH LUCK or Feng Shui of the home &/or office 3. HUMAN or MAN?LUCK or feeling good /bad or relationships Each of the above accounts for 33.33333% of the total luck. Thus, even if one scores a full mark e.g. get the bed-head direction correct; in simple terms it only accounts for a maximum of 33.3333% From the above under No. 3 there is the HUMAN or MAN luck. Here, even if say the bed-head direction is not ideal; but the bed position is as shown under Part 1; and if one feels very comfortable with this; then it affects one's Human or Man luck or feel good factor. Same as what you wrote ... bed-head face "unusual positions". If later on one does not feel good in this position... then what is the use of "facing a good East or West group direction? Always take note that the Eight House (4 good / bad directions) are considered as NICE-to and not a MUST-have position. One should always consider where the bedroom door vs the windows vs the wardrope area is. Quote On 7/8/2016 5:09:40 PM, Anonymous wrote:>These are some considerations:1. Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 8, 2016 Human or Man Luck considerations. As mentioned under Part 1: besides Feng Shui there is also the element of Human or Man Luck considerations.Human or Man Luck can simply be considered as feel good or bad about something. For example: you found that the ideal position of your bed is where your bed-head may not have a backing for your head.Just imagine, you have this "not so good feeling about it"Subsequently, you have 10 visitors e.g. family members or relatives visiting you.And if just 3 out of 10 of the visitors share similar comments; would even feel worse-off. If one is the type who easily "goes into cold sweat" or feel very uncomfortable; one would have to live with this uncomfortable feelings for the rest of the time one spends in this bedroom. Therefore, always remember that Shapes and Forms prevail over this East/West "thing".
