Hi Master

Do you have any review on the Fengshui at Sant Ritz at Potong Pasir?

Could you shed some light on this property?

What is your advise if a husband belong to East Group and Wife belongs to West Group?

What kind of property should they be looking for?

Appreciate your advise

Thank you

Currently, very busy and oversee overseas projects.  Recently, I just came back from Indonesia. And reviewing many others all over the world.

1. Location, location and location

2. Applying Flying Star Feng Shui for the property. For example; for my personal homes; I would always look at the Period e.g. 2004 to 2023 and especially for me find a home that has double auspicious #8's at the frontage. And remind myself that "forms (Shapes and Forms = Location x 3) prevails over this.

2.1 Personally for me, I don't think too much about how is the house's Feng Shui looks like in 2023 onwards. For the simple reason, that if I have the money; I can always sell this unit and buy another one.

2.2 Another personal preference is that all my life I have never stayed in a re-sale home. Frankly, because of my mum's preference. So, I do not need to worry too much of where the #9's are at say around 2022 .. to 2024 onwards...

2.3 A little side-track: My mum never wants a home that does not have a built in rubbish chute. And her priority is also that the home owner is entitled to 1 : 1 carpark.

3. Personally, my personal buy is based on just to Paragraphs : S/no. 1 and 2. above.

4. For those who may be planning to keep the unit on or after 2024 onwards... should consider the coming prosperity wealth stars #9's and where they are location.

5. This was because; I remembered clearly.. the year was 2002. In that year, I was flooded with SOS calls to audit existing-lived in homes.

5.1. And after a while it was a routine... when I audited these homes and they were Period 7 NW2 - NW3 facing units.

5.1.2. This was because then, these Period 7 homes were within 1984 to 2003.

5.1.3. A Period 7 NW2 / 3 home:

Has the auspicious MS#7 star at it's frontage. Which represents the current prosperity and networking relationship luck. And the WS#7 was at the rear of the unit.

But the ticking "time-bomb" was that usually TWO years before the change over e.g. 2002... 2003 to 2004 (Period 8)

NW2/3 has the auspicious water wealth star #8 at the centrepoint of these homes. And most of these flats have a common toilet at this area or an enclosed space.

Thus, when the clock strikes "2002" ...  I received calls especially the husband got retrenched / lost his job or facing lots of hurdles.

Not only it affects careers. But this lucky #8 in Period 8 stuck at the centrepoint means LITTLE or no luck for the family!

The good news is that if one can "tahan" (Malay term) for if one can ride over this "crisis" usually a few years later e.g. 2005 onwards.. the effects are not that "fatal" as during the 2002, 2003 and even 2004 years for them.

Here, this is why sometimes we see how come the business was so good on this side of the road. And 10 years later... it is the opposite...

Frankly, this has more to do with common sense and financial strength and lots other non-Feng Shui related concerns.

If the development is not a freehold; and for now far away from good transport especially next to MRT; more concern with resale value. Not for now; since Singapore is flooded with citizens becoming minorities.

Another reason is that many with purchasing power would prefer to buy a brand new home e.g. from HDB (1st choice) than to purchase it from the open market as their first home. Unless other reasons: prime locations or near to parents etc...

As for Eight House concept? If it is me personally, this is not my main priority. I classify this East/ West house thing as "NICE-to" and not a "MUST-have".

More important is to try to avoid nasty flying star numbers such as #5 = misfortune and #2 = sickness or a combination of both in the master bedroom or another bedroom. Thus, if it is me: I would consider as mentioned previously the above Paras 1 and 2. Plus this paragraph.

There are no perfect home. And even if one builds a home; there is still some compromise to make it at most 90.999 percent excellent.

And the concept of the "bell curve". Please do a search for this term in this forum ...

Best of luck in your house search.

Many have simply brought their whole family for viewing of a completed or resale.. and this is one of the most important "litmus test" as it is not possible to seek advice on each home one intends to buy from a geomancer.

where to buy a home.png

1. If one were to use an EMF meter; often all LED TV sets have an extremely high or exceeding 20+ milliGAUSS. If exposed long, this is unhealthy.

2. Coupled with the fact that many new condos in Singapore has dry-wall plastering (gypsum boards) for most bedrooms.

3. Thus, we do not want a situation... just imagine if this layout plan (see attached) has one bedroom turning on the TV set. And especially if it is a dry-wall; the EMF may leak from Master Bedroom to Bedroom 2 - if a TV set is mounted at the "wrong position" on the wall.

4. Each TV manufacturer and even different TV models may differ in where the highest EMF radiation are .... it depends on the architecture of that TV design.

This is a Period 7, NW2/3 Flying Star Chart.

Please ignore the rest of the information such as the Year / Monthly flying star chart. This chart is used for trouble-shooting or fixing leaks in a problem home.

Under Flying Star Feng Shui:

1. Between 1984 to 2003 the reigning number is #7. Thus any Flying Star numbers associated with #7 are the current prosperity wealth stars.

2. What happens around the transition of 2002... 2003 and then 2004 to 2023 onwards? From 2004 to 2023 onwards; #7 will revert to it's original significance i.e. "Theft or wealth/ robbery (rob luck)" inauspicious star. It will from 2004 to 2023 onwards be called the past prosperity or exhausted prosperity wealth stars.

3. Thus, if a home which used to have the #7 at it's frontage will then become a home that has been "robbed" of it's luck.

4. From 2002.. 2003.. 2004 onwards.. this P7  NW2/3 will especially unlucky "just before the peak" of it's transition. As #8 will from then to 2023 become the current prosperity star.

5. There is the Mountain #8 and #8 water stars.

5.1. In general: if you find the #8 on the left; then this is the networking or relationship star (Mountain star or MS).

5.2 While if you see the #8 to the right of the chart this is : career luck star. And in the P7 NW2/3 unfortunately, this "clear-space" or water star is trapped at the centrepoint for this period till 2023 = poor or no luck.
