Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 28, 2016 Staff Share Posted September 28, 2016 The Crest Jointly developed by WingTai Land & Metro Australia and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui It is always good to one in a while hear how the architect in this case a Japanese architect designed the whole concept of the design of each block and how these relate to each other.... P.S. This is not Feng Shui. But it is a pity that this is only a 99 leasehold development. Or a blessing in disguise? As after 70 years or more (being pretty old by then); less likely to be pulled-down for redevelopment..
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 28, 2016 Author Staff Share Posted September 28, 2016 This reminds me of the 2011 release of the sales brochure of Foresque Residences. And how, the architect conceptualises the whole project....
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 28, 2016 Author Staff Share Posted September 28, 2016 1. Please refer to attachment. 2. For stacks #01-27 and #01-30; where possible, in the maid's bedroom her bed should not share the same wall as the WC on the opposite wall. 3. For stacks #01-27 and #01-30; Arrow and markings in purple A to B and vice versa shows a less than ideal Shapes and Forms situation especially if the windows are opened. This symbolises wealth leak or hard to save money. 4. For stack #01-29; avoid placing the stove at marking in red "X". As the stove table-top shares the same wall as the WC / Shower on the other side...
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 28, 2016 Author Staff Share Posted September 28, 2016 1. Please see attachment: Block 101 Level 6 2. Stacks #06-01 and #06-04 has less than ideal Shapes and Forms at the main door entrance leading towards the dining area although the living room beside this is acceptable. 3. What a tiny kitchen with no service yard. This implies that the washing machine and/or optional dryer may be located. If so, be careful when when washing machine /dryer are turned on or when pouring detergent into the washing machine. 3.1. Be careful of the detergent residue (if any) when using heat as the steam from the heat may just land onto plates/ dishes / food and-or drink. Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 28, 2016 Author Staff Share Posted September 28, 2016 We or rather some of us are "blessed". We can open our windows and balcony all year round without fear of splashing rain-fall: light or heavy downfall. "We love this roof-lines"
