the same wall as the Kitchen/stove Fortunately, it is the shower area and the shower head is not on the same wall.

It is good that the architect had placed the stove of Type C2 on a standalone table-top away from the toilet shower area.

1. Spazio @ Kovan is located at the oldest "district" or settle at Upper Serangoon Road/Kovan.

2. As it is directly opposite (to the right of the "old" Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre". This mall is as old as the Katong Shopping Centre and the one at Bukit Timah.

3. Spazio is considered a (tiny) or small mixed development. And the architect has choosen to maximize this rectangular plot by building to the max. Thus the distinct feature of this mall cum residential homes are that all four sides have tenants and on the upper floors: the balconies face all four sides: NW2, SE2, NE2 and SW2.

3.1. The good thing is that these directions are pure or close to their true cardinal points. Thus flying stars of NW2, SE2, NE2 and SW2 are a 100 percent certainty. Unlike some other developments where it could be bother-line case.
