Sophia Hills Condominium (a re-launch)

Determining the accuracy of the Sales Brochure's site-map with local street-directory to confirm that the Sales Brochure's site-map's North marking is accurate or not.

This is because in the past; not many but some Sales Brochures had not only inaccurate but highly inaccurate North markings on their Sales Brochure's site plan.

As a result, if one were to blindly follow or use this North-marking; then I may get a rude shock later on...

Is their sales brochure accurate?

The good news is that the margin of error is not only a mere 5 degrees difference: Sales Brochure's sample shows e.g. 45 degrees frontage while the streetdirectory's shows 40 degrees.

Fortunately, this is safely within e.g. Period 8, NE2 facing direction. Where the tolerance is between 37.5 degrees to 52.4 degrees. And there is such a substantial buffer or safety margin.

Enclosed, are the two attachments: streetdirectory's and sales brochures.

Sophia Hills is always associated with its most famous landmark that of The Cathay cinema and the hanging trees...

Fortunately, Sophia Hills is "up-there" while The Cathy cinema is "down-there".  The Cathy was once a "hot-spot" for sightings.. of ghosts.

Once upon a time: Sophia Hills was associated with food and dining "up-there".

This 99/109.. leasehold land called Sophia Hills has to built around the conserved Child-care /kindergarten building and the conserved building: The Sophia Shophouse.

However, there is a down-side to this.. that of things like the sharp corners of the roof-lines / ledges and even sharp corners of these buildings aimed towards any opening of any unit in the development.

For example a seemingly innocent roof-line(s) as shown in the attached illustrations...

For eg. the green arrows shows a potential threat from the roofline of the conserved building's roof towards certain levels of stack #37 if there are openings at these areas.

Similarly the cyan arrows shows a potential threat if any to stack #43 (if any)

The purple arrow is both the potential threat of the roof-line(s) and or the sharp
corner of the building.

The Yellow arrows show potential threats to stack #83 or #91

The blue arrow shows a potential threat to stack #90 (if any)

For those who are conservative in only considering e.g. standing inside the main door looking out to take a compass reading of the FRONTAGE;

Could perhaps look at this layout plan.

In my opinion, the facing direction should instead be standing at marking A taking a reading towards marking B. Be it from the living / dining; master bedroom or bedroom 3 (blue marking A to B).

This is because in the past when many of the text-books were written; there were no high rise buildings for the ancient geomancers to write about. For example who would be living inside a pagoda structure.

Sophia Hills condo and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui

Unlike a property on a flat piece of land;

A property located on a hill has an additional consideration.

It also depends on the height of the hills and or whether it is on a barren isolated hill.

If the hills is at a reasonable height and there are no sufficient cover such as trees surrounding it or other buildings to slow down the "wind" or qi. 

Thus causing strong winds to blow onto the frontage of the home / stack / unit most of the time; it is said to be affected by sha qi. And such a home can be affected by both wealth and health issues.

Therefore, it does not mean that when we go to the balcony of a home or open the windows and a few minutes later, our hair looks like a wild gorilla; then this is good. On the contrary... this is not ideal.

Winding blowing into our home (if any) most of the time should be gentle (except for thundery and windy days). It is not good to have this every other day, though.

Thus how exposed are the stacks highlighted in red below and even any others especially at the outer "shell" of Sophia Hills condo:-
