Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 28, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 28, 2017 Case Study 1: Flying Star Feng Shui and HDB West Plains @Bukit Batok Majority of the stacks in this development faces:= 1. NW3 and SE3: ========== NW3 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness SE3 stacks facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus virtual water includes clear space. Alternatively may be enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed Good, if the rear of the unit has a "mountain" support. 2. N2 and S2: ======== N2 Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S2 Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. S2 stacks from now to 2023 has the double auspicous [8] & [8] at it's facing direction. Which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. Others:- ======= 3.1 Three stacks: 21, 23, 25 faces SW1 3.2 3 and 4 bedroom type: stacks 517, 519, 521 and 523 faces SE2 3.3 Stack 904 faces SE1
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 28, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 28, 2017 Case Study 2: Potential poison arrow(s) from existing block 465A towards stacks #920 and #942. If the corner is not aimed towards an opening but instead towards a wall e.g. at #920; then this is not considered a poison arrow. Poison arrows even if aimed towards an opening such as a window can be "disarmed" e.g. with a day curtain i.e. if it cannot be seen; it no longer is a threat. But if the sharp corner is aimed towards a balcony or living room window then this is much harder to cure.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 28, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 28, 2017 Case Study 3: Are there any other potential poison arrows in this development? 1. Additional poison arrows scattered all over this site... 2. Potential poison arrow(s) also depends on the height of the structure. 2.1 For example, MSCP block 463 is 7 storeys high. Thus assuming that each storey of stack 43 is around the same level; then the potential poison arrow is often up to e.g. #07-43 or #08-43 or below. 2.2. Block 467 MSCP is 6 storeys high. Thus, there can be a potential poison arrow of around #06-501 or #07-501 and below. 2.3 Looks like the poison arrow may be aimed towards the living room windows. 2.4 If so, it may be harder to cure. As how often one can simply say draw the curtains closed? Most of the time?
Jack1982
Hi master cecil, how about 926 and 928 facing. Is this a good stack? Any advise.

Unless there is something unique such as to clarify whether there are any sharp corners or anything universal that can benefit other users. Else, hope you understand, it is not possible for me to accept every other request. Understand why:-
Guest dave1986
Hi Sifu, Do you mind doing another review for West Plains again? As now the new condo, Le Quest design is out and in front of West Plains. Thank You very much
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted December 3, 2018 Case Study 4: HDB West Plains does not live in isolation from it's nearest neighbour which is separated by a road away = Le Quest Please refer to the attached street map:-- 1. In my opinion, thanks to the Multi-store car park (MSCP) Block 463 at HDB West Plains, limited "contact" between blocks in HDB West Plains and Le Quest. Other than what is shown above. 2. Blue and pink arrrows are not an issue since the threat is to the side of each other's wall. The only threat is in RED from Le Quest as shown in the red arrow. 3. If one notice, Both X and Y are parallel to each other. Thus there are no threat from X to Y and vice-versa. Other than both Blocks face each other thus at West Plains, views at "Y" is been blocked. Same also for South facing stacks of Blk 463B at West Plaiins and South-East facing stacks at Blk 464A. 4. This is part and parcel of "life" in SGP. Guest West Plains
Hi Sifu, For Blk 463A, stack 17 & 19, does it face S2? Is there double auspicious 8?

Is there double auspicious 8? Case Study 5: A. Yes, please re-joice! Stacks 17 and 19 faces S2. And there is a double auspicious #8's. B. Please note that although Flying Stars Period 8 falls between 2004 to 2023. C. However, by 2021, 2022, 2023.. until 2024 onwards, don't be too happy as one can only "enjoy" double auspicious #8's for a few years only. D. By 2021.. 2022.... this #8's by then will slowly become "Past prosperity". E. Wealth luck by then falls to the Mountain and Water stars #9's. P.S. Another thing to take note is a South facing HDB unit often have the kitchen at either NE or NW. Especially if the double auspicious #8's become past prosperity.. then the effects of the NW becomes more pronounced. Fire @ Heaven's Gate 1. Do a search in this forum for " Fire at Heaven's Gate ". 2. Generally, a kitchen especially if a stove is directly at the NW cardinal point will be inauspicious for the male-head of the house. Typically this can affect him. 3. This is because NW under the Ba Gua Trigram belongs to the Heaven (sign). And NW also represents the male-head elder of the house. 4. Thus in simple terms: turning on a stove at NW will burn one's Heaven luck = not lucky and also may affect the male-head elder's career. 5. In this example of Block 31 stack 103 partially has the kitchen at NW sector:- 6. It is thus not difficult to visualise South facing stacks and try to locate stacks with kitchen at NW sector. Especially Flying Stars S2 facing ones. 7. Does Fire at Heaven's Gate affect everybody? Check out this link Under this extract of the above:

Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 10, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 10, 2019 Case Study 6: Based a a quick random eye-ball search, most likely #17, #41, #539, #543 & #577 might have the kitchen at NW 1. A short write up on Kitchen at NW can be found earlier in this posting thread... 2. Note: This is just a quick sampling and thus not exhaustive. 2. Is this a concern if my unit is one of these: #17, #41, #539, #543 & #577? 2.1. Related resource: Want to have a better understanding of Kitchen at NW? Will it affect me and my family?... Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 23, 2019 Staff Share Posted December 23, 2019 Feng Shui enjoys a bad reputation today! As many associate Feng Shui (FS) with the need to buy expensive but useless commercial products sold in the name of FS. Many FS masters take advantage of this. It is like an addiction! Selling products are indeed a very lucrative thing. Know that not all Feng Shui Masters are into selling useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. When the buying Stops! The selling, Can! Geomancy.net has always distanced ourselves from the above!
