21A and 23A can be considered as less regular. But not highly unusually irregular.

The sample layout that provided shows that the living areas are rectangular.

Thanks Cecil, so it is not exactly a bad fengshui for house no. 25 as the living area is still a regular shape despite the patio Being triangle?

On the surface, the home seems acceptable in relation to the shape.

But it is not just about the surface.

If an out of control vehicle comes in; it may just slam into the basement and 25 ..

Similarly a vehicle exit would have to curve up...
