Pneumatic waste system at The Venue

In my opinion, this system may highly restrictive and in the Long run pretty costly..

This is because, there are so many restrictions in the use of it.

Especially, the criteria is that of light weight waste.. anything even cardboards and waste that is heavy may seem to imply choking the system..

Singapore may not be ready for this .. especially in a residential complex

Yellow arrow showing that there is no usual side skirting tiles ..Instead it is just a groved channel, here:-

IMG_7784.thumb.JPG.4dbec7dba2108447c6ea30496f485f7a.JPGFrameless side skirting..

According to the main contractor.. this frameless no side skirting is a pain in the neck to get it right vs installing side-skirtings

Hi Master Lee.. i came across this site while researching on feng shui for my housing.. I realised that you only did a preliminary and brief fengshui assessment for blk 6, 8 and 12.

I wonder how about Blk 10. Can i check and confirm if those units under Blk 10 are facing 'Wind Gap' (天斩煞)??

In my opinion no.

I believe if so, more to Blk 6 and 14. But then again not that of a worry of Wind Gap conditions. Especially for Block 10.

Master Lee

Thank you for the clarification 🙂

Pardon me, I have misunderstood the definition after reading the posts from the other topics.  I had the impression that units which frontage are sandwhiched between two buildings are affected by the wind gap conditions.

Could I also check if glass main doors and spiral staircase in the duplex are major NO NO under feng shui?

Lastly, I noticed that there is a planter box in front of each duplex unit at Blk 10. Wonder if it is considered a "sha qi" since the corner of the planter box are facing the frontage of the units?

Oh dear!

Seems like: "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!".

Or alternatively, the trend of Fast Food Feng Shui (FFFS) has returned.

More crucial is a tree trunk aimed towards especially towards a PES or balcony opening... = potential sha qi.

What you wrote.. seems .... like FFFS thing.

Oops.. 🤫 yeah.. i think i read and assumed too much. FFFS..

thinking spiral staircase looks like a corkscrew as what most sites will simplify/illustrated

Thank you for clearing my doubts..

AS WE ENTER PERIOD 9 FLYING STAR FENG SHUI FROM 2024 TILL 2043
WHICH UNITS ARE LUCKY?
image.png.322619467450bea7b53a39edb3064682.png

Part 1: How is the luck of the Internal Feng Shui of this unit?
Part 2: External Feng Shui luck?
Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom?

PART 1 = 35%

image.png.919f86ac4068816fabf147212572570b.png
Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky?

XINTERNAL.gif.d9af8924f0296c58ffa61955890ffc1e.gif

image.thumb.png.14fc8f5c6936652baa87ccc8053fc638.png

Blocks 6 and 8 have stacks that are either N3, E3, W3 or S3.

While Blocks 12 and 14 have stacks that are either N2, E2, W2 or S2 facing.The-Venue-Residence Flying Starsy.gif

Good, Better, Best!

image.png.eca59c69e7fbe6bb056ab7f13cf0332b.pngN2 & N3 = Better luck under Period 9. From 2024 till 2043.

+++

image.png.eca59c69e7fbe6bb056ab7f13cf0332b.pngE2 & E3 = Luck should be better under Period 9. Again depends on the layout plan - Check what sectors are found at NE = Current Prosperity Career - Good especially if this is the living room or master bedroom & Overall Luck & NW = Current Prosperity Networking & Relationship Luck - front door?.

+++

The Rest!

image.png.7545db4b1821123891bf5c0fbd790cb9.pngimage.png.7d02d0ef034508d89d82e51e7311d6f6.pngW2 & W3 = Less lucky under Period 9 but depends on where is the living room.

+++

image.png.7545db4b1821123891bf5c0fbd790cb9.pngimage.png.7d02d0ef034508d89d82e51e7311d6f6.pngS2 & S3 = Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage had now become Past or Gone Luck!

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan
& this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase.

However the above does not take into consideration things like:
Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate
or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc..

Please note that has yet to take into consideration:
1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner &
2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit
