julie
Hello! :)Thanks so much for your great site! It's enabled me to easily calculate our lines on the 8 house theory. I do have a Feng Shui problem though. My front door is exactly on my husband's death line which is my irritation line. The back door is on MY death line and my husbands irritation line. A possibility is to move our door to the Kitchen area which would be my disaster line and my husbands spook line. My question is: Would this be a better area to enter through? Or, would keeping the current door in our living room brightly lit and closed be better? I'm confused. Thanks for any help.julie
Administrator
Dear Julie,It is not auspicious to move the main entrance door to the Kitchen area asthis is another Feng Shui `taboo'. In Traditional Feng Shui practise, yourmain entrance door should not open to a kitchen,In addition to this, it is your disaster line.I have offered a few suggestions othe than to keep the place bright andclose the door. You may like to review this url:http://www.geomancy.net/fs/bbs-oneall.htmThese are some other alternatives offered in the above link:-1. Mild forms that will not affect a close-by neighbour includes:-a. tilting the front door from an inauspicious to an auspicious direction.b. using a specially made semi-circle carpet outside the main entrance.c. Using a convex door (if your Building Management permits).d. If the main entrance has steps, then use semi-circular steps.2. More offensive forms to counteract Sha Ch'i include:-a. Pakua (some pakua also comes with a picture of a door god below it).Warmest Regards,Cecil-----Original Message-----From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed>Date: Tuesday, March 02, 1999 10:39 PMSubject: Front door on Death/Irritation lines Quote From: "Julie Deering" This message is sent from "free-advice" Mailing List.Hello! :)Thanks so much for your great site!
