Feng Shui for Condominium @ River Isles and Kingford

Hi Master Cecil Lee,

I am new to this forum, would like to seek for your advise regarding feng shui of condominium.

I am going to purchase one unit either from River Isles or Kingford condominium.

The unit I am looking at as below:

1. Kingford Waterway @ Hougang,  Blk 66, #08-12, Type C2c

  

2. River Isles @ Punggol,  (Blk 588,  #08-13) Type C1

 

I have attached both condo floor plan for your review and advise the unit feng shui is suitable for my family stay

1. Fee is $228/- for the review of two (2) stacks. For additional stacks is $60 per stack.

2. Need all family member's Name / Gender / Date and Time of birth (default is western).  If lunar must state clearly.

3. Determine who is the main breadwinner. Generally, still the male gender unless he is a home-maker.
