propertyinvestor
Good afternoon Master, I have uploaded 2 images, one shows the property before development . The other shows the property being developed. I am keen in this particular project R&F Princess Cove at Johor , Looking at the land parcel, it is beside the causeway, generally with slow moving traffic/jam. While another road crosses below the causeway, leading to a X sort of cross junction. This particular project is situated beside the main causeway as can be seen in picture 1 showing Phase 1 empty land. Picture 2 shows that the project almost completed. May I seek your advice on the feng shui of such projects? Knowing that noise pollution might be considered minimal, as the causeway is the road leading towards custom, and generally cars tend to slow down instead of travelling at high speed on a highway. My main concerns are , whether situated beside a causeway with another road running beneath the causeway causing some sort of a X formation has any bad feng shui to it? I notice that the causeway is running beside parallel to the project , hence no direct cars going in the project's direction. Also the road running beneath does not run towards the project, but rather also running towards the side of the project. I am keen in purchasing a high level unit, roughly about 30 storeys and above, with the facing not directly towards Singapore , but rather diagonally towards Singapore as can be seen on the red arrow on picture 3. Its confusing, as I saw on forums, many people have different views on this project, some saying feng shui is good while others says bad. Seen some feng shui Taiwan programme, some masters say at the dragon side if there are movement its good? 龙边要动。not sure if its applicable for this case. Even sea facing has many types. Some are good and some are bad. Not sure if this project is considered surrounded by good water or bad water. Hence , I would like Master Cecil, to give me some general advice on such projects that has a long road beside it and also the front part is surrounded by water. Picture 1 would be a better picture to see the overall environment . Thanks and regards
Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 27, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 27, 2017 These are some considerations: 1. As you have mentioned; do expect many view points with regards to a project such as this. 2. Frankly, based on just looking at these three photos; and that you are already aware of the potential "some noise" from the SLOW traffic + the highway (and another road running below the causeway). 3. It is of my personal opinion that:- R & F Princess Cove U/C 3.1. The highway curves away from the development or the potential block/stack/unit that you are eyeing on. 3.2. And the stack/unit that you are looking is of high floor and South Facing; While majority the stacks in the two blocks the smaller and the larger block is more towards SE facing. 4. In fact, in equivalent Singapore, East Coast / Marine Parade "facing" = typically morning sun. And the side closer to UOB bank building does have also some afternoon sun. 5. Considering the unit you refer to: in my opinion is a can buy for this unit. My views may perhaps differ if asked to advice on another stack/unit. propertyinvestor
Good afternoon Master Cecil Lee, Very grateful for your reply and time . It gives me some form of reassurance. If you don't mind , can you point out any good vibes or good feng shui for this project? Is it the water surrounding one part of this project that is good? Heard that even houses along highway/road can be very good if its on the wider curve instead of on the sharper curve. Like you mentioned, curve away. Roads also signifies water according to some sites, and the different formations of the road around the house can be important to be judged as good or bad formation. Is it true that if the dragon side is noisy , its good? In Taiwanese programme, sometimes they mentioned the road on the dragon side is good, as it signifies movement which is good for the dragon side. Not sure if this project, the road is on the dragon side or tiger side. Regards Property investor
