Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 10, 2017 Staff Share Posted August 10, 2017 Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 10, 2017 Author Staff Share Posted August 10, 2017 Note: This is a rough altered illustration. Showing that the two blocks could have been mirrored with the pool within the inner core. And for tower 10, majority of the lower storeys would have been shielded by afternoon sun. Thanks to the position of Block 8. Thus only 4 stacks will get direct/indirect afternoon sun as compared to the present siteplan layout.
