Retrogeo
Hi Master, if the balcony of the house facing directly the opposite building's windows, does it create any ill effects to the owners? If yes , is there any simple remedy cure to it? Please advise and appreciate your reply. Thanks
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 10, 2017 Staff Share Posted August 10, 2017 This is a classic case of Sha Qi or poison arrow of the pointed roof aimed towards "This Unit's" living room. If it is aimed towards another opening like a bedroom window. Usually, having a day curtain drawn 24/7 can help. If it is aimed towards a balcony: either draw the external blind be it a ziptrack or like in the photo the louvres. But this is a double edged sword that can block this unit's qi flow into the unit and affect it's luck. Some geomancers may even recommend a wind chime. But the poison arrow is so low. And if say a wind chime is hang high-up.. what is the use of it even being there? FULL-STOP

Lawrencelau
Hi Master, My sister saw this flat that they like but notice from the window there seem to be a poison arrow pointed to the living room. Beside is the LRT station in Punggol. Is there any cause of concern ? Thanks,
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 4, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 4, 2017 In my opinion, based on the distance and the non-threatening nature or (look) of the RC ledges, personally to me; it is a non-issue. Since it blends with the thickness of the rest of that block's facade. But again, there are always differences in opinions. And a overzealous person, may "cry foul".
