VIIO @ Balestier Road's thin profile with it's "base" sits exactly the North-South alignment of Balestier Road.

Stacks 03, 04, 05 and 06 most certainly has "pool view". Not it's own pool though but that of Ramada Hotel.

This pool is a blessing in disguise; as it allows unobtructed view. Other than stack 03 which looks towards the side of Ramada Hotel.

Common sense says that one should avoid direct afternoon sun. With all year round afternoon sun.. there is no where to hide.. for the stacks/units facing West.

E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the house. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are.

W2 facing stacks:  All four stacks directly faces the Punggol Reservior which is advantages. 4.1 As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback as mentioned earlier is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

Thus one must really, really love Balestier area to purchase a home, here.
