Hello Master Lee, 

      My husband and I are want to build on a corner lot facing east which faces a beautiful creek with lots of trees. However, there is a storm drain on the left of the house and there is also one on the other side of the street with a lamp post. Pictures are attached. The red line is where the storm drain is. Is this feng shui ok? Please help!

Thanks for the photos and layout plan.
Since the storm drain is around the yellow zone of the potential new home. And that there is no major areas like the driveway or main door at the yellow zone; then in general (or very general) no issue.

From a scientific Feng Shui point of view, the proper way to analyse such things is via looking at the plot and drawing something like below:-

Please note that there are a total of 24 different permutations of the above. And the above may not be for your plot of land.
