Sophia Hills is under construction.

In 1965, this plot of land housed Methodist Girls school until the mid 1980’s:

From mid-1995, the premises house John Wesley Centre until it was demolished in the 2000’s:-

Today (2018) The plot is now Sophia Hills:-

P.S. Today, John Wesley Centre (a Church) is now in Bukit Timah, on 496 Upper Bukit Timah Road. For info it is also Methodist (Church). 

In the future, residents there can say that their homes are on Holy grounds!

Not bad for resale marketing.. should one try to exit (sell) this place in the near future..

I have intention to rent a unit at Sophia but I have heard that the Fengshui is not as good, need your advise if I should process.

Most homes are governed by the Bell Curve.

I do have audited several homes in the vicinity and did not encounter the supernatural at most of these homes. Even though there was an instance of .... occurring at The Cathay many years ago.

Most importantly go with your feel. Normal persons have sufficient aura ...
