But with the T.O.P. of the 10 storeys high Jardin at the former Yeo Hosp Seng Drinks factory; the Jardin has blocked much of the “frontage views”. Thus development has poorer Shaoes and Forms as compared to the years 2003 till 2012 or before the competition of Jardin in 2013. P.S. Gardenvista = 12 storeys high. Jardin = 10 storeys high.
