Part 1 - Daintree Residence a 99 year leasehold development consisting of 12 blocks of 5 storey high.

Part 2 - Poor External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui of Daintree Residence

1. The poor Daintree Residence site is literally surrounded all round with the exception of a "breathing tube" connected to Toh Tuck Road.

3. The recently TOP The Creek @ Bukit Batok has many Blocks/stacks with their sharp corners aimed at Daintree Residence. For example: Blocks 13, 15, 17 & 19. Please see the red arrow(s).

3.1. Cannot help it if the planners of The Creek decided to orientate or try to orientate their blocks in a North-Southerly direction.

4. Kismis View also has it's fair share of poison arrow(s). Two of it's arrows hit "on-target" Daintree Residence Block 11K and 11J unit's frontage... Oops! Ouch!

5. Unique Garden's Block 10 also has a sharp corner.

6. High Oak Condominium also has many stacks with sharp corners. Here, High Oak Condo although seems to be parallel to Daintree Residence.. not quite as this development has protrusions that are potential poison arrows.

6.1 For this development try to look "INWARDS" as one will never know of any potential enBloc of it's neighbours and if no poison arrow now.. in the future.. may or might have!

7. The problem with a newly under-construction development is one cannot properly confirm right now whether the sharp corner is aimed towards an opening of a unit at Daintree Residence or not? One can just play safe and say.. lets avoid stacks/units facing outwards of Daintree Residence!

8. Thus in general, because of this, the external Shapes and Forms sucks!

9. This award is for Daintree Residence:

10. The planners (architect) and developer should have opted for a North-Southerly orientation similar to that of The Creek at Bukit Timah.. DOH!

Potential buyer: "If I buy outwards how?"

FS Master: "Caveat Emptor.. let the buyer beware.."

Potential buyer: "Noted! I like because it is residential-neighourhood-legal-height restriction of only up to 5 storeys high! + I like this area.”

Potential buyer: “Perhaps, I may look inwards or elsewhere... Anyone selling a unit at The Creek? Kee Chiu!

This is the concern for under construction developments like Daintree Residence. 

Try crossing fingers, please.

Safest is look inwards...

Part 3 - There are two types of Diabetes: Type 1 and Type 2. In Sha Qi there is also the Type 1. Which I had illustrated under Para 2 (above) = that of poison arrows from corners of buildngs.

1. Introducing to Type 2: Sha Qi (in purple colour on the streetmap):

1.1 Type 2 diabetes! Oops! Sorry I mean Type 2 Sha Qi looks like the purple coloured arrows below:-

1.2 There is a distinct "hammer-head" from The Creek's Block 17 and also from Block 15 as shown above. You now realise that there is a term Type 2 - Sha Qi...

1.3 High Oak condo also has a purple hammer aimed towards Daintree Residence block 11G. There may be a few more coming from High Oak.. but best to confirm on-site.. which is like many years more... ACTUNG! There may be more!!

1.4 In addition, not sure if you can relate to this or not?

1.5 The Creek Block 15 looks like a fish with mouth opened ... feeding off from Daintree Residence.

1.6 The Creek Block's 17, 19 and even 13 seems to look like hungry fishes swimming towards it's prey or vicitim... guess which development is it?

So sorry, I had accidentally posted this in the wrong thread.

It should be under Caricatures not here!

I can assure you that this has nothing whatsoever to do with Daintree Residence! 

Furthermore this refers to a PAST event. And Daintree Residence has not even been built. So how can I have stayed, there!

This is my previous copy of High Oaks site plan showing the sharp corners of stacks.... HIGH OAKS SITE PLAN.png

For example stacks #23 #27 #32 #35 & #39 may be a potential arrow if it is aimed towards an opening at Daintree Residences window(s) or balcony openings.

Another condition is that it cannot be a threat if it is miles away. But since the High Oaks and Daintree Residences are in close proximity..it thus satisfies the condition of a "threat".

2.8.2018 - I paid a visit to the area today.  For a feel and understanding of the plot and other external factors.

Also paid a visit to High Oaks condo for a clearer view.

1. Daintree Residences : As at end of May 2019 54 sold out of a total of 327 units.

2. This means that a whopping 273 units or the majority of 83% of the units are still UNSOLD.

3. Launched around July 2018 which is around 1 year ago.

3.1. Without Prejudice: A rough calculation based on the last 10 months of sales is roughly 5.4 units SOLD per month for 10 months from July 2018 to May 2019.

3.2 Wow... in my opinion, this seems bad news for the developer... must dig deep into own pocket + perhaps bank rolling loans first...
