Joey Tan
Hi master, I have view a condo near Buangkok but the only concern it's side view from the balcony is a rubbish dump. Would like to seek advise if this is recommended for a house facing a rubish dump. Thanks.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 3, 2018 Definitely there is always a stigma with a unit especially when the living room balcony opens towards a development's rubbish room. Furthermore, the bin centre can still be seen so deep in the unit. Otherwise, the view is acceptable. As mentioned, once this involves a stigma, if possible, skip the unit. Joey Tan
Thanks master for your advise. As we really like the unit mentioned, would there be big implication if we purchased the unit. The rubbish collection point are actually beside the master bedroom. I have include the below picture for straight view from balcony for more clarity if needed. Thanks. Edited September 4, 2018 by Joey Tan
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 4, 2018 Staff Share Posted September 4, 2018 IN SUMMARY "The presence of a rubbish room adjacent to a unit significantly contributes to a negative perception, making it advisable to avoid such properties if possible. Ultimately, the view may be acceptable, but the stigma associated with the location outweighs the benefits." - Cecil Lee, Geomancy.net +++ Case Study: Either go for FEEL or flip a coin or if approach is from Feng Shui: unfortunately two photos cannot simply tell the whole story. 2. The rubbish bin? This is subjective. 2.1 If you go ask advice from various sources: from other Feng Shui Masters to even relatives.. there will definitely many who will say to avoid buying such a unit. 3. Don't later post something like: "Why you say Okay. But I checked with so many others, they say very inauspicious? Please explain to me?" Blah.. blah.. blah.. 4. If you and your family really like it so much; do what is necessary for your family. This is based on personal feel. Not just harping on the rubbish bin. [Full Stop.] 4.1. You wrote: "As we really like the unit mentioned, would there be big implication if we purchased the unit. The rubbish collection point are actually beside the master bedroom." 4.2. In many situations, often, sometimes SURPRISE, SURPRISE! big implications can come from somewhere else! For example kitchen at NW etc...?? Then such things as the rubbish bin collection becomes peanuts... As South facing units often has a 50-50 chance that the kitchen is at NW! 4.3 In scientific Feng Shui, there are many Feng Shui principles and concepts that need to be looked into. 4.4 In Feng Shui there is such a thing as a borrowed concept from the French word for Triage:-https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage Drawing a parallel from your question.. which is similar to this:- The above technique has been used successfully in medical diagnose. Feng Shui also has it's triage. 4.5. How suitable to the breadwinner and family via birth-dates, house T.O.P. dates.. etc... 4.6. Simple fact that Yang Zhai San Yao is one of the key considerations: the main door/frontage, kitchen and bedroom. In conclusion: Common sense also say that: "Two photos cannot tell the whole picture". Look, here. These are just the tip-of-the iceberg IF one is looking from a Feng Shui ANGLE. Else please, flip a coin: Heads = buy. Tails = don't buy! A fraction of Can or cannot buy under Science and art of Feng Shui:

Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 10, 2020 Staff Share Posted April 10, 2020 Related: Sometimes unexpected happens.
