The beautiful study room used to be visible from the living room, serving as a prestigious addition to the home, suitable for the CEO or CFO of the family. The view of the study room can be seen upon entering the living room. 1.1. Unfortunately, it was later converted back into a bedroom due to the family's expansion over the years. However, the rooms have remained unchanged. 2. Unfortunately, it was transformed back into a bedroom due to the family's expansion over the years. However, the layout of the rooms has remained unchanged. 3. Please consider the long-term implications before installing full glass panels in any room. 4. Specifically, it was changed back from a study to a bedroom once again. 5. I always advise my clients that even if they desire glass walls, it's often better to opt for half-walls instead of full walls. 6.. The rationale behind this is straightforward and rooted in common sense. 7. Casual Conversation: Child (in the bedroom that was previously a study): "Mommy, I don't want to sleep in this room!" Toddler (occupying the study reconverted back into a bedroom): " Mama.. I can't sleep in this bedroom!" Mama: "What's wrong darling?" Toddler: "The lights from the dining & living room is glaring" Mama shouted: "PAPA! Go FIX-IT"... No wonder, today, there is a make-shift curtain ... as seen today... It is my belief that typically, the individuals who are attracted to these rooms are usually young adults in their early to late twenties and are often first-time homeowners without children. Rarely do individuals in their mid-30s and older opt for these "aquarium" style rooms. When observing these rooms from the outside, it is undeniable that they resemble an aquarium. However, over time, it may become cluttered or need to be repurposed for a growing family. This could lead to the room being converted into a bedroom, which may require some imagination.
