Plain prata with red onion bits. Nothing to shout about.

I like that the pratas are not salty.

And for a change gravy with lots of  tomatoes taste.

Would eat again, if I want something else for a change.

 

 

Not too long ago when I was serving my National Service, there is a vocation called: Commanding Officer (CO) runner

This Maxim coffee shop is also hiring Coffeeshop runner?

Most likely these runners to each table asking if one wants a drink or not…

This vocation is rare today.. given the shortage of manpower. And only available at some busier coffee shops.

2 pieces plan for a total of $3.00. Gravy is light and not salty. Acceptable freshly made prata pieces.

Outstanding fish curry. Exceptionally tangy and spicy. Well balanced flavours. Not too salty.

Pratas are average. However, the curry gravy (fish version) is tangy. Goes well with the pratas.

Plain rice with a chicken drumstick and fried bitter gourd.

Around $6/-. Chicken is tender and melt in the mouth.

Like the way he squeezes the two prata after it was ready…to make if fluffy and better able to absorb the gravy

Prata is good. But what a pity curry is mild to no taste.
