Are mirrors good for the bedroom?

I heard that mirrors are really good in bedrooms. But, where should I put mirrors? I don't have any mirrors in bedroom. I hear a lot of people say that mirrors in bedrooms should only be put in certain areas. Like, don't put mirrors above your feet, at the foot of the bed. Any ideas on where to put mirros in bedroom?

Hmmm...I thought mirrors should never be put in the bedroom especially when you could see your own reflection while sleeping.
