hellogoodbye
Hi Master Cecil, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have stumbled across a property that I really like, but I have a few concerns. It has good views except part of the view includes a cemetery, which could be seen from the living room and bedroom. Also, I may be wrong but the structure has a pointed edge as could be seen from the windows that could be pointing towards the main door, although as one enters the main door of the unit the first thing they see is the kitchen. If I am not wrong the property also faces southwest, and that will place the kitchen in the northwest direction. I will post the floor plan once I have it. Thanks. Although there are pointed buildings, no threat from this view:- Even the keramat is looks non-threatening. Generally for a new rented unit, in my opinion, is acceptable. hellogoodbye
Hi Master, Thanks for taking the time to reply. Sorry for any misunderstanding, I had the intention to purchase this unit as an investment or future own stay, but I may have to let go now because it is a big issue with my loved ones. Here is another view: photo of the buildings Thanks Master. Edited November 21, 2018 by hellogoodbye
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 22, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 22, 2018 OIC! There is always a stigma associated with living or having a view of the graveyard. As you are concerned, in the future, others may as well. Thus, under this area, it is really not Feng Shui but "other concerns". In many countries with Chinese graveyards, many of the burial land were chosen because of it's good Feng Shui. Not sure about Malay Keramat etc.. I have seen in Singapore, many are on hilly areas and beside a mosque. Such as the Sultan Mosque in Singapore and even Royal land still owned by the King of Johore in Singapore at Keppel and even at Telok Blangah. Good luck in your search! Actually, for those who believe in spirits (normal ones) ... they have their own set of rules.
