Administrator
Dear Bryan,For TV's and other electrical items, currently there are three views onthis:-1. Electricity is considered a water element because of its " fluid "nature for example we can visualise them like " watercourses " i.e. the flowof electricity through the wires.2. It can be used to `block' or `neutralise' bad ch'i because it hasmagnetic properties. For example when we hold a compass to a wire, thecompass needle is attracted to the wire.3. One practioner said that para 2 is all nonsense! She concluded that whenFeng Shui was `born' there was no electricity. So she reasoned that this isnot true.My own belief is that I would like to believe in Para 1 and 2. Para 1,electricity under current Feng Shui practise, many Masters/Practioners plusa few Feng Shui Authors do equate electricity with the " Water " element. These Feng Shui Practioners then apply the Feng Shui " Water Dragon Classics" theory when reviewing the landscape based on this. A short extract ofthe book of Water Dragon Classics is under this linkhttp://www.geomancy.net/fs/wclassic.htm and some of the theories of theWater Dragon Classics is applied in http://www.geomancy.net/fs/wcourse.htmAs for your question on:- Quote ANY IDEAS FOR ENHANCING CAREER AREA AND MY CAREER ARE IS CUT OFF BY AWALL..I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND MY HALL WAY MAKES MY CAREER AREA VERYSMALL. I WILL ADD MIROOERS AND CRYSTELS PLEASE HELPFrankly, many have got the wrong idea that since there is a Feng Shui Theorycalled the Eight Associations, your career corner is definitely in theNorth. I mentioned that career sector is of secondary importance after manyother traditional Feng Shui theories has been taken into consideration suchas the Flying Star Theory. Secondly, the Eight Associations so called " career corner " is too generalto be taken seriously by MANY. Robert, will be coming up with a moreaccurate Eight Associations soon that will take into consideration your KUAnumber. This is more accurate than the notion that All career corners ate.g. at the North.Fast Food Feng Shui is where we simply go to find our elusive Career or evenWealth corner and not knowing little else. Like the saying goes " a littleknowledge is a dangerous thing ". In fact, the reason why I mentioned thisis that for today alone, I have answered at least 3 e-mails asking me onthis. The question was:- Quote my house faces north and my date of birth is 14th february 1947 - where isthe wealth corner of my homeMy reply to this person:-Frankly, there is no such thing as finding out our wealth corner (if thereis a wealth corner). This belongs to the category of " Fast Food Feng Shui"i.e. anybody's guess. Let's not be too hasty and jump to find our " elusive wealth corner " firstwithout looking at the overall on Feng Shui. Lets get our basics correct onFeng Shui and this will be a good foundation in obtaining our `wealth orcareer' sectors. If you have the time and your ISP can allow you to subscribe to a newsgroup,do check out the newsgroup called:alt.chinese.fengshui you will find very interesting questions such as theabove and you will also be amazed by some of the advise given.Warmest Regards,CEcil-----Original Message-----From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed>Date: Monday, March 08, 1999 8:15 AMSubject: HELP Quote From: "Bryan LEDER" This message is sent from "free-advice" Mailing List.1) WHAT IS RULE OF THUMB WITH TV'S AND OTHER ELECTRICAL?2) ANY IDEAS FOR ENHANCING CAREER AREA AND MY CAREER ARE IS CUT OFF BY AWALL..I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND MY HALL WAY MAKES MY CAREER AREA VERYSMALL.
