House position

Hi Sir, 

I would like to purchase a house on the corner. Is the fengshui for this house position is OK? Thank you in advance

2. There are lots of question marks:

2.1 Where is the main door facing. For example facing 4032 or ?

2.2 What is the shape of the frontage at 4032....

2.3 What is behind or beside the yellow plot?

2.4 Purposely cut-out a small area .. is meaningless or rather.. how to comment. What is left, right, top, bottom of the cut-out? 

2.5. Might as well not sent the layout plan... LOL

3. With lots of ??? Might as well try to flip a coin: Heads = Buy! Tails = Run like a hell .. 

4. Only guess the only consolation looking at the layout plan is that it seems to be a rectangular plot of land that's all.

-main door facing south and facing grasses. 

Behind the lot 4036 is a house. East will be facing road and west will be a house. 

Frontage will be grasses. I hope the photos I sent now is OK. Thank you

As mentioned earlier, the red arrow side may or may not brome affected by poison arrow from roof line if any of 4032. Be it the living room windows or bedroom(s) if any.

Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, one should look further than the service road of the estate and look beyond Cordill Circuit.

Otherwise, home is not perfect but fair due to the rectanglular piece of plot.
