Furthermore, the Meyer Place (slip road) access from Meyer Road / Fort Road junction is temporarily closed during the MRT construction. Thus the only way into this estate is via ARTHUR Road or Ford Road. Anyway, there are only 4 small condos leading to Meyer Place. While out of the three bungalows along Meyer Place, only two are stayed in. While one is vacant. Actually two of these bungalows have “dirty” title deeds. As there are various claims to the Two run down buildings: roughly around 16,000 square feet.
