Giff
Hi Cecil, How’s the Feng Shui for this project? Between stacks 8 and 4, which stack is better?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 17 Author Staff Share Posted February 17 T.O.P. in 2023 especially for those who had moved-in prior to 24th February 2024. +++++++++++++++ ++++++++++ ++ However, if 1st owner's move-in date is especially on or after 25th February 2024 (16th Day of 1st lunar month 2024); Then the major consensus amongst many Feng Shui Masters is that the Unit should fall under Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui This development have Stacks/units that either face NW1 or SE1 facing directions:
Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 17 Author Staff Share Posted February 17 AS WE ENTER PERIOD 9 FLYING STAR FENG SHUI FROM 2024 TILL 2043 Which units are lucky? Part 1: How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? Part 2: External Feng Shui luck? Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? PART 1 = 35% Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky? Although T.O.P. in 2023 but purchased or potential move-in is on or after 25th February 2024; we consider this a Period 9 home. There are only two facing directions for this development: NW1 or SE1 ++++++++++++ ++++ Good, Better, Best! Stacks #01, #02, #03 & #08 SE1 = Very Auspicious Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Frontage of the unit. However also depends on the Interior map of the unit. For example, not that great if Master Bedroom happens to be at NE etc... ++++++++++++ ++++ The Rest! Stacks #04, #05, #06 & #07 & NW1 = Less Lucky as Double Stars [#9] + [#9] wasted at the Rear of the unit. Interior layout also plays an important consideration: ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan & this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase. However the above does not take into consideration things like: Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc.. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 2 = 35% Location, location, location? Sha Qi? Poison Arrow? Watch Your Front, Sides & Back! POOR SCORE? THESE ARE SOME CONCERNS: Sha Qi or Poison arrow(s) from Sharp Corner(s) 天斩煞 (tiān zhǎn shà) = Tian Zhan Sha etc... +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 3 = 30% How Suitable to breadwinner? Please note that has yet to take into consideration: 1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner & 2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit TOTAL SCORE = 35 + 35 + 30 = 100% Get Expert Help: ++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++ How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door? Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 17 Author Staff Share Posted February 17 13 hours ago, Giff said: Hi Cecil, How’s the Feng Shui for this project? Between stacks 8 and 4, which stack is better? 1. I have just done a recent general review of this development. 2. Feng Shui luck depends on when one moves into this development for the first time. HOUSE BELONGS TO PERIOD 8 3. For example, if move-in date is on or before 24th February 2024 (the 15th day of CNY 2024) then it is considered as belonging to Period 8 Feng Shui. 3.1. But if move-in (for the very first time) is on or after 25th February 2024 onwards, then Stack #08 is generally luckier than Stack #04. Hmm... A PERIOD 9 HOUSE? CAVEAT / ACHTUNG! / CAUTION! Please note that has yet to take into consideration: 1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner & 2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit.
