Case Study 1: Tampines Green Glen especially the stacks/units highlighted in yellow can be affected by the water classics of the Sungei Api Api and open drainage reserve.

1. As these stacks/units (especially highlighted in yellow) depends on flow of the water of the river.

Case Study 2: Potential concern of termites (Okay! This termite thing is not Feng Shui. But based on Pure Common Sense)

2. Frankly, this is not an immediate issue as yet.

2.1. Turn to HDB homes such as those beside the canal especially those in Towner Road.

2.2.  For example, previously there was a POSBank Towner Branch.

2.2.1. And once upon a time this branch has the safe-deposit box (SDB) facility.

2.2.2. If one checked with a former staff there or a past SDB customer.. some found termite infestations in their former SDB.

3. Check with landed homes and private condos around St. Michael's estate and one also hear of such termite storeys.

4. Homes along the Bedok Reservoir and even HDB flats along this reservoir also had found termites...

5. Anyway, if the stay is say 5 years or a maximum of 10 years.. generally.. may still be pretty safe.. But if these flats age.... >10 years... there may be .....

Case Study 3: Potential Poison arrows - if aimed into e.g. a 2nd storey opening such as a living room window(s) or bedroom window(s)

1. The red arrows may be a potential poison arrows (if any)

1776826647_Potentialpoisonarrowsifanyfromthepaviliontrellis.png.5a1c38a985fa091509e6f150b186fa9c.png

2. For any developments especially HDB flats, do be extra careful when purchasing low floor units especially 2nd or 3rd storeys.

3. As there may be instances where a pavilion trellis or a seemingly innocent looking Drop Off Point (DOP) roof-line and or the vertical support poles may inadvertently become a potential poison arrow if aimed towards the unit (if any).

4. Same also, for low floors especially 1st to 3rd - 4th storeys of an EC/condo - pavilions & club-house roof-lines (if any).

Case Study 4: Any concern with the Bin Centre (Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System) PWCS?

1572571807_TAMPINESGREENGLENBINCENTREPWCS.thumb.png.114b275f215d35788c79b958255ee4fe.png

1. Great that for HDB Tampines Green Glen, the PWCS is literally out-of-sight and out-of-mind.

2. This PWCS is neatly tucked away with the Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) attched to the MSCP. Kudos, here.

3. However, if one has heard the nightmare / education required / several circulars of some exisiting condos e.g. CDL developments like The Venue etc... their is some learning curve as to what not to throw into the respective unit's common bins.

3.1. Else, the management or for this case the Town Council may frequently sent circulars "not to abuse" these bins.

3.2. For CDL developments... above these PWCS, there is often a signage with as many as 8 or more icons telling people not to throw this, or that or that... !

Case Study 5: Badly planned Common Bin chutes x2

Graphic illustration of stacks 149 and 157 and the potential "perfume" smells coming from the common bin chute lobbies..

Erh.. durian (shell)... smell... anyone...

How about.. the cleaners.. (some) have a habit of using some heavy duty antiseptic type of cleaning liquid to clean the area. And sometimes, the smell permeates into one's unit.

Huh? A prisoner of one's home. Such that "I need to close my windows to avoid THAT SMELL?" Got it, get it?

1810630971_HDBTAMPINESGREENGLENCOMMONRUBBISHBINS1.png.d934f5b1a20077a7eadb6b134cce5cb9.png

1. Please see stacks highlighted in YELLOW: 101, 121, 157 and 177

2. Did you notice that the two bin chutes (common and recycle) is next to or very close to the or rather beside the living room windows?

2.1. How's that for good or favourable qi? Yucks!

2.2. Stacks 147 and 149 also share similar characterists just that their two bin chutes are slightly further inwards. Frankly, just as bad.

1472702687_HDBTAMPINESGREENGLENCOMMONRUBBISHBINS.thumb.png.3a0bcb04adbbdfb20053a728fd6ea04c.png

2.3. Even if it one claim that it may not affect the Feng Shui, given that the area is well managed by Town Council people; still there can be a stigma attached to this.

2.4. Thus often, it may truly affect the re-sale value of the unit! What do you think?

3. If in doubt, these stacks/units should be "your last resort".

Case Study 6: Is it inauspicious to have a unit sharing the same wall as the lifts / lift-well?

70926572_HDBTAMPINESGREENGLENCOMMONRUBBISHBINS.thumb.png.698a54037e8dcd05afb2166e3972ac84.png

1. Again, there might be a stigma attached to a unit sharing the same wall as the lift-well + lift.

2. Some Feng Shui Masters also felt that it is a concern and quote the constant "moving-metal".

3. Frankly, a lift-well is often solidly built and well re-inforced to the extend that it can be as strong or even stronger than say each unit's house-hold shelter.

4. Thus, there should not be an issue with a unit especially the living room wall sharing the same wall as the lift-well.

5. On the contrary, a unit attached to the lift-wells should instead be the safest, given that it will be at the strongest structural part of the block.

6. However, as mentioned, this has more to do with a stigma than Feng Shui. And sometimes, when it comes to a re-sale of the unit, a buyer may have doubts of purchasing such a unit.

7. Here, this may be another good reason to, consider skipping the purchase of such a unit. The saying applies: "Better safe, then sorry, right?"

7.1. This perfectly fits our Singapore culture of either Kaisu or Kaisee... characteristics. LOL!

Case Study 7: Are you a hermit? Huh? What are you talking about?

24914497_TAMPINESGREENGLENANDNOISEPOLLUTION.thumb.png.955baffc3648d756dd76231a687ced37.png1. Why are you asking me this?

1.1. Frankly, you are better off being a hermit if considering purchasing a unit here.

1.2. The rationale is that other than the North of this development which consists of existing industry, left, right and bottom of Tampines Green Glen = will sooner or later have lots of construction noise, dusts and heavy vehicles for at least 2 to 3 years.

1.3. No joke! Just look at the Yellow highlights = sites reserved for future high-rise residental + a school.

1.4. To the left of this developement are two plots in green = site reserved for future high-rise industrial development.

1.5. If the constructions all come at the same time.. wow! lots of heavy vehicles, construction noise, dusts and safety issue especially for our loved ones...

1.6. If construction is stagged, equally not good, also.

1.7. Perhaps when every construction is over then.. buy? A re-sale unit? LOL Else be a hermit, don't go out and 24/7 stay put in your unit at Tampines Green Glen.

Many Feng Shui Masters are actually a Salesperson with a Feng Shui Store in disguise.

Recognise that their motive is only to Sell, sell, sell and make$$$, make$$$ make$$$!

These people gave Feng Shui such a bad reputation.

Geomancy.net equally shares your concern!
