Do you know the properties of Kopar.., I mean copper?

Wuhan corona virus and Kopar don’t mix! Why?

For one single reason: it is antimicrobial.

As copper is soft, there are instead the likes of brass door knobs and door handles! These materials have natural antimicrobial properties.

Brass has a high content of copper with smaller amounts of tin and zinc.

A Property Agent may literary boast that your new potential home is immune to new virus such as from the corona family of SARS, Wuhan viruses... Oh dear! May land the agent for such a misleading advertising.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimicrobial_properties_of_copper

It is a blessing to stay in a home with water pipes that are made of copper. As they are easy to bend and joins sealed with low heat.

However, the disadvantage was due to the imperfection of manufacture. Where often, depending on conditions a copper piping often lasts around 20 to 30 years before certain areas corrode - by the tell tale sign of greenish surface coating.

For examples, if one owns a home that was built say around 1995 and utilises copper piping, it may have started to leak at certain locations.

Case Study 3: Can I rely on the North compass marking on the Sales Brochure layout plans?

1. From Streetmap (streetdirectory.com) majority of the stacks face NE3 60 degrees, SW3 240 degrees and some stacks also face NW3 330 degrees.

148724924_124MOUNTAINS.gif.d1643ca6dc9d85c3ed04c2dafe7d32f8.gif

2. Checking the accuracy of the North marking found on a sample layout plan:

1219388202_FLYINGSTARS.png.55500a88d20003b9f419de486388ad89.png

2.1. Indeed, the outline of Block 4 does match the 60 degrees or NE3 outline.

3. Without any doubt, one can rely on the compass markings of the layout plan.

4. However, the site plan shows a minor 1 degree difference between the above or 61 degrees. Fortunately, nothing to be concerned about as NE3 range is between 52.5 to 67.4 degrees. With a comfortable allowance for any deviation.

Case Study 4: Take care below - Bedroom 5 and Junior Suite

1. Junior Suite

1.1. Avoid bed-head sharing the same wall as Bath 4 WC.

2. Bedroom 5

2.1 If the shared wall between Bedrooms 5 and 6 material is a dry wall and not concrete wall; be careful of EMF radiation (if any) from the rear of the TV set in Bedroom 6 => towards Bedroom 5,

3. Another sample of bed-head shared wall with TV (if any)

Case Study: Do you know that even if a geomancer says that the site is excellent, all sites are govern by the concept of the Bell Curve

1350183641_shapesandformskopar.thumb.png.6ccb5bf20729da33a1f48c43ebbb8047.png

1. Some conservative Feng Shui Masters would not like to see a development side-by-side or (facing) a place of worship = Newton Life Church.

2. Fortunately, due also to a piece taken by The Atelier, the outline of Kopar looks more like a butcher's knife aimed towards Newton Life Church. One can say that this is a consolation of having it "side-by-side" beside the church.

3. Another saving grace of the site is that Kopar is set-back from the Newton Circus.

4. Based on the Water Classics the canal is parallel to Kopar and thank god it is at it's knife edge.

4.1. The Two main blocks 4 and 8 aligned in a "Castle gate" angle is favourable in relation to this pointy-point site.

4.1. As in a boxing match: "Saved by the bell" LOL.

5. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development:

1016030592_THEBELLCURVE(1).png.6bd8421a800bf571c5f03c1f9fa4a481.png

6. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly?

971573323_THEBELLCURVE(3)A.thumb.png.42e5c2184f174bfa1d33f630df7f5658.png564893878_THEBELLCURVE(2).thumb.png.b12d753baed592dd7739556efd6e0a6e.png

7. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple.

7.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit!

8. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11.

8.1. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc...
