When considering renting an office unit, would a squarish layout be more suitable than a narrow one? Are there any specific concerns to take into account? This question also applies to residential properties.

Are you interested in leasing an office space?

1. The Shape of the Office Space

1.1. The most secure office interior design is generally one that approximates a square configuration.

1.2. Consequently, irrespective of where the wealth sectors are situated within the grids, achieving wealth luck remains feasible.

1.3. It is generally noted that a square-shaped interior promotes a more balanced flow of Qi.

1.4.. For example, the presence of the wealth luck sector in one or more of the $k areas can still facilitate smooth circulation.

2. What about a narrow profile?

2.1. A narrow profile can be likened to the "narrowing of an artery." Consequently, it is anticipated that the financial sectors will be situated either within sector A or in sector A along with the central area of the unit.

2.2. The application of Flying Star Feng Shui indicates that the presence of wealth luck in one or more of the designated pink areas can influence business prosperity.

image.png.5f90d7b3cfe753e4f7c36e8a47d7fd55.png

2.3 The flow of Qi is constricted within a confined space.

2.4. If $ indicates the positive areas of the unit, navigating the entire office space becomes increasingly difficult.

358258098_narrowpoorflowofqi.png.83c1d8fa2cbbcf768a242b959a416ad4.png

2.4.1. The long-term sustainability of the business will undoubtedly be influenced by this factor.

3. It is crucial to avoid selecting a unit that has a missing corner, which is often applicable to office spaces. A missing corner, particularly if situated in an unfavorable position, can adversely affect one's success, especially if it pertains to a wealth corner.

6. Office Warming Day or First Day of Operations:

6.1. The aforementioned practices do not align with Feng Shui principles; rather, they are rooted in traditional customs and personal beliefs aimed at promoting a sense of well-being.

6.2. For instance, the act of temporary covering the signage with either red paper or red cloth is similarly influenced by cultural customs or personal beliefs.

6.3. Therefore, the Office Warming activity mentioned earlier is considered optional.

How to apply the Compass School Feng Shui successfully in an office

A Step-by-step Case Study of the application of Flying Star Feng Shui
followed by the use of the Eight House (Life Aspirations / 4 Good/Bad directions)

Step 1: Applying Flying Star Feng Shui

1. This first slide shows the importance of finding e.g. the best sector for the Head or in this Case the CEO.

2. For example, the office environment is limited to the "white areas". And in 2023 onwards (till 2043)., two of the best locations are North = #9 water star or Career and overall luck sector.

3. And NE = #9 Mountain Star or the Networking and relationship sector from 2023 onwards (till 2043). However, this area does not belong to the business or company.

Step 2: Applying Eight House (4 Good/Bad Directions)

4. In an office environment, it is always ideal to find the best or most optimal room for the boss. In this example is the CEO.

4.1. It is equally nice also if his seating can also match his optimal.

5. Known from Step 1 is that the best rooms are located at North. And there are two possible rooms for the CEO.

5.1. Fortunately, either of the two Office Rooms 1 and 2 in BLUE are suitable for this CEO. Furthermore, it is equally good or nice-to have this CEO sit facing "West" direction

6. This example also shows next best office rooms for e.g. Dy CEO, Finance, HR Legal, Operations.

6.1. Given that this is office has several ranks of managers, not possible for everyone to be located at the best seats.

7. Please note that this same concept can equally be applied to a HOME Feng Shui. As this example shows the flow: 1st Flying Star then nice-to Eight House (4 Good/Bad) directions.

Final Step 3: Applying the Five Elements Concept

onto the Flying Star Chart to

a. Enhance luck or
b. Neutralize inauspicious Qi

Contrary to Popular Belief, No Need Expensive Cures or Enhancements
