1. TID Private Ltd is jointly owned by Mitsui Fudosan and Hong Leong.
Frankly, this has nothing to do with Feng Shui.

2. Just that it is suppose to be well managed development with some Japanese style.

3. This development sits on top of the Circle Line MRT track which is deep below this site:-

4. Personally, I am uncomfortable even if the MRT tunnel is buried deep-deep down-under.

4.1. Generally, not great Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Even if the train vibrations are not prominent.

5. By the way, why is this location Circle Line Station and many buildings called ONE-NORTH?

5.1. This has to do with Singapore being 1 degree north of the equator.

5.2. Thus one could actually call some or parts of Singapore as One-North. For example, in Toa Payoh or Clementi or Ang Mo Kio or Serangoon for all that matters.
