Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 19, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 Case Study 1A: It is still better to avoid purchasing a unit at stack #54? If possible, also try to get a unit at #56 as a last resort. Given that these two stacks are a direct (or closest) path to the future Chinese temple. Case Study 1B: Why is the NE and SW corridor not particularly good when aligned with a temple? Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 19, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 Case Study 2: More of a concern if a unit directly faces the spine or a Cross above some churches towards their frontage / living room. 1. Otherwise, often there are less of a taboo locally for a unit facing a church as compared to a Chinese temple. 2. More likely so, because churches often look serene and does not have highly decorated frontage often with Dragons, Lion statues etc.. 2.1. Equally, churches also do not have incense / joss-paper burning cauldron especially found tuck at one corner of the temple.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 19, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 Case Study 3: Is the Petrol Station as shown below a concern for us? Good news is that the petrol station is definitely not a concern for homes within HDB Garden Court. Resources related to petrol stations: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/7569-living-near-to-a-petrol-station-plus-fuel-leak-at-shell-station-in-sembawang-road-on-may-27-2013/?tab=comments#comment-15614 https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/17602-is-it-ok-to-purchase-a-house-near-to-petrol-station/?tab=comments#comment-40045 https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/14804-feng-shui-of-hdb-keat-hong-mirage/?tab=comments#comment-31068
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 19, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 Case Study 4: A future school on the opposite side of the road any concern? 1. There are many homes in Singapore with a school on the opposite side of the road. 2. The only Feng Shui concern is only if the roof-line of the school becomes a sha qi aimed towards a unit's frontage especially that of the living room. 3. In addition, under Symbolism in Chinese custom, it is less than ideal to have a school clock facing one's home. 3.1. Fortunately, such tower clocks are less frequent especially for modern Singapore schools. But it can be if the school is an established one such as Catholic High etc... Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 5, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted December 5, 2020 Case Study 5: Poor Shapes and Forms as the Block common bin opening is pretty close to the frontage of these stacks/units 1. The common bin lobby and bins are pretty close to the master bedroom windows of Stacks 128 and 186. 2. For Stacks 104 and 162 is slightly further sandwiched between the stairwell ... the living room windows.  3. Others: Front door of stacks 104 and 162 = is possible to see towards the air-con ledge of 118 and 176 - especially if there is no privacy panels along the corridor...

Thank you Sir for your fast reply! Was wondering if the devil’s gate will extend beyond affecting unit 60/62 and beyond? As I saw in Garden Vale chat, the devil’s gate effect seems to be stretched till quite far.  Sorry for the unclear question!

Vamp
What direction is unit 90 (15th floor) and 152 (6th floor) facing, may i know? I can't see any discussion on that. Is it a good locations? Â I have another area which is at Terrace, unit 550 (6th floor) and I'm above the poison arrow feng shui so considering this 6th floor is not affected right? Because it's a facing DOP block so I'm not sure about this location. Â I have a feng shui KUA 4 and 9 looking at all these units. Thank you.

Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 8 Author Staff Share Posted July 8 BEWARE OF THIS AGE-OLD FENG SHUI SCAM   BEWARE OF THIS AGE-OLD FENG SHUI SCAM No wonder, Feng Shui suffers from a bad reputation, today Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!
