For example in this forum and main pages of geomancy.net and geomancy-online.com2. The purpose for this addition, is to support all users who encountered problem(s) or simply need to contact us personally to get prompt assistance.3. This means that whenever we are logon online or when we have sometime to spare during the daytime (usually between 9 am to 9 pm GMT +0800). We will be around to assist you with your problems or enquries.4. The help icon will show the status e.g. We are ONLINE or Leave us a message if we are not available.Whenever, we are not around, you can leave us a message.5. Most of the key sites will be tagged with support from Robert Lee to assist you. If you need any technical assitance such as problems with your account, payment, credits or etc. 6. If you really need help, look for us personally for quick one-to-one private chat. It is just like chatting on a telephone.7. Please note that this is not a group chat feature. For group chatting please click on Chat Online, to chat with other users.8. This acts as our online version of a telephone support.9. I will personally try to be around as long as I can during normal working hours based on Singapore time (of course). 10. As for the rest of the moderators in the Forum, you can contact them for a quick chat when they are free and online.11. Hope you will find it useful:)12.
