Urgent help on a big piece of Triangle land

Hi Masters. I am in the middle of house hunting for a old house  I found one triangle shaped land  to rebuild a house
 

all the back of the Neigbour is facing this piece of land .

 

there is only one small entrance ( only 1 car) allow to drive into the land

I read somewhere that is not good

or is there any cure

 

any advice pls

Although the plot is triangular in shape; good to see that this is a reasonable sized plot.

The entrance alone is not the chief consideration.

Many homes have successfully being built on such plots. For example in Kovan area and Sixth avenue in Bukit Timah. To name a few.

I am not talking about this one at sixth avenue earlier.

But plot 1 No. 555 sixth avenue fits the bill.

P.S. Apparently this triangle plot was one of the very first to be sold.
