1. Frankly, in my opinion, unless there is some substantial economic or strategic reasons for purchase or sold at a steep discount, best to try to avoid such a purchase. 

2. Or if one has really no idea of where the bad sectors or good sectors in this unit.

3. The reason why a more rectangular home is best is based on the concept, below.
