Is this a North house or West house?

The Front of this house, I'm thinking about bidding for, faces North (where the garage and driveway face the street). However, the front door is placed on the West side of the house.  So is this house a West house or North house?

Perhaps one can consider reading Para 13.1 and 17 to understand the flavour of Feng Shui.

It is also not automatically the front door. But a term called frontage.

Thus sometimes it can be say a wonderful living room area opened to a patio and a lovely swimming pool…
