myfs_160768
Hi Master Cecil, Happy New Year! Can you advise the approach one should take when the life kua favorable directions conflicts with the house kua? For example, bedroom in the east for a person with West Group Life Kua is unfavorable according to 8 mansions but because the house is facing N2, the house kua shows that east is suitable for bedroom (sheng qi). But the flying stars for Period 8 in a N2 facing house has 5 & 2 in the east, which are bad numbers for health. Also does it make a difference on the orientation of the headboard of the bed? The head is facing east and feet are facing west, or vice versa? Thank you for your advice!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 2, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 2, 2023 Happy New Year! I know you are referring to a home. However, in my opinion, the best to understand the whole concept is to use an example from an Office Feng Shui Review. A Step-by-step Case Study of the application of Flying Star Feng Shui [House Gua] followed by the use of the Eight House (or Life Aspirations / 4 Good/Bad directions) Step 1: Applying Flying Star Feng Shui [House Gua] 1. This first slide shows the importance of finding e.g. the best sector for the Head or in this Case the CEO. 2. For example, the office environment is limited to the "white areas". And in 2023 onwards (till 2043)., two of the best locations are North = #9 water star or Career and overall luck sector. 3. And NE = #9 Mountain Star or the Networking and relationship sector from 2023 onwards (till 2043). However, this area does not belong to the business or company. Step 2: Applying Eight House (4 Good/Bad Directions) 4. In an office environment, it is always ideal to find the best or most optimal room for the boss. In this example is the CEO. 4.1. It is equally nice also if his seating can also match his optimal. 5. Known from Step 1 is that the best rooms are located at North. And there are two possible rooms for the CEO. 5.1. Fortunately, either of the two Office Rooms 1 and 2 in BLUE are suitable for this CEO. Furthermore, it is equally good or nice-to have this CEO sit facing "West" direction 6. This example also shows next best office rooms for e.g. Dy CEO, Finance, HR Legal, Operations. 6.1. Given that this is office has several ranks of managers, not possible for everyone to be located at the best seats. 7. Please note that this same concept can equally be applied to a HOME Feng Shui. As this example shows the flow: 1st Flying Star then nice-to Eight House (4 Good/Bad) directions.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 2, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 2, 2023 Final Step 3: Applying the Five Elements Concept onto the Flying Star [House Gua] Chart to a. Enhance luck or b. Neutralise inauspicious Qi Note: Traditional Feng Shui does not need to purchase expensive commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 2, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 2, 2023 What is Habit Nine (9)? Related: Habit Number Nine (9): The Three Step Approach Habit Nine was specifically created to illustrate the flaws or rather to highlight on the limitations of concepts such as that of the Eight House Theory For example Eight House or Four Good/Bad or Life Aspirations/Associations is a limited concept. For example the Eight House concept or 4 Good 4 Bad directions has It's Limitations Under the Eight House concept, it is pure and simple: EBONY OR IVORY. YES or NO! Are you working in a good sector? Yes or No? Are you sitting facing a good direction? Yes or No? What else do you want out of this theory or concept? This concept is either Yes or No? And there are no such things as BUT, IF or MAYBE! The saying goes a miss is as good as a mile!
