By far the most superior proposal is this one:

Especially since it has good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. And offers the person or persons a "Command" position.

It's time to do the leopard crawl!

2.  A couple? Then indeed a hassle for one party to climb up via the leopard crawl and down this bed. Especially in the middle of the night when the party sleeping nearest the bay window needs to take a leak!

1. In theory bedroom direction is more suitable to an East Group or both East Group persons. But do take note:-

2. Reminds me of a "larger" capsule hotel in Tokyo. 

3. In my opinion, the FIRST layout as mentioned under an earlier Thread is preferred.

4. In addition, no offence: best to check the mirror. If one or both partners are on the heavier or plumb side... it is a pain in the neck to utilize the now walk-in wardrope! Or difficult for a pregnant lady to negotiate it.

If these proposals are suggested by an ID and not by the owners, frankly, I would out-right find another more deserving ID to work with! Sucks!

We discussed the floorplan with our ID Contractor. He commented that it is quite short for a kitchen countertop to be at 34 inches (86.36cm). It will be bad for our back when washing at the sink.

 

While your best recommended height is 34inches, is there limitation to how high we can build the kitchen countertop? if so, what is the max height?

The contractor recommends a height between 90-100cm (35.4in - 39.4in)?

Tell  ID how come all condos ECs without a washing machine built below the same top can achieve 34”.

 

Why is he so special? 38.4” is the contractor mad or what?
