Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 9, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2023 Firstly, thank you for finding this forum useful. By far the most superior proposal is this one: Especially since it has good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. And offers the person or persons a "Command" position. Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 9, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2023 Case Study 1: Self Created Sha Qi or Poison Arrow from sharp corner of the wall Do you know that the Sharp Edge of the wall has become a poison arrow aimed towards the bed? Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 9, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2023 Case Study 2: Have a hubby and want to torture him? Here goes! Get him to sleep "inside" LOL It's time to do the leopard crawl! 1. Single, nevermind, Okay. 2. A couple? Then indeed a hassle for one party to climb up via the leopard crawl and down this bed. Especially in the middle of the night when the party sleeping nearest the bay window needs to take a leak! Example of the Leopard Crawl

In theory bedroom direction is more suitable to an East Group or both East Group persons. But do take note:- 2. Reminds me of a "larger" capsule hotel in Tokyo. 3. In my opinion, the FIRST layout as mentioned under an earlier Thread is preferred. 4. In addition, no offence: best to check the mirror. If one or both partners are on the heavier or plumb side... it is a pain in the neck to utilize the now walk-in wardrope! Or difficult for a pregnant lady to negotiate it. SMALL TALK If got maid? "Mum, I resign!" Mum: "Why>" Maid: "Hate to keep your clothes in the miserable Master wardrope!"
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 10, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 10, 2023 You stay, there we don't But all of us have a responsibility to understand the daily "chores/concerns" If these proposals are suggested by an ID and not by the owners, frankly, I would out-right find another more deserving ID to work with! Sucks!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 10, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 10, 2023 ID needs to be shot! Luckily client checked with me, first Hi Master Lee, We discussed the floorplan with our ID Contractor. He commented that it is quite short for a kitchen countertop to be at 34 inches (86.36cm). It will be bad for our back when washing at the sink. While your best recommended height is 34inches, is there limitation to how high we can build the kitchen countertop? if so, what is the max height? The contractor recommends a height between 90-100cm (35.4in - 39.4in)? Cecil Lee: "Try max is 35.4” Tell ID how come all condos ECs without a washing machine built below the same top can achieve 34”. Why is he so special? 38.4” is the contractor mad or what? Next time may even impact on your re-sale value. Sure, thanks! Recently, I checked the height of two HDB resale flats, they are also at 34”. " Thanks Master Lee for the additional information. We will instruct the contractor accordingly. Thank you.
