saw this house there a t-intersection facing the living room. Is it ok to buy ?

It may be a concern if the house is a landed property.

But based on this photo shown, unlikely to be an issue. 

The test is can a vehicle plough through ang ram into the unit? Yes/No?

No vehicle on the road can "fly so high" and cause damage to unit #10-66. From your one photo, also, there is a large green area. And no vehicle can also touch the block.
