Generally if a tattoo is one of the Chinese zodiac signs, yes, some relate this to suitability/ unsuitability based on one’s horoscope. Overall, there will always be differing opinions- good or bad. And often comes under the broad category of Human or Man luck. Which by itself accounts for 33.333% of total luck!
