Based on data, 21% of launch buyers for The Reserve Residences are between aged 21-30. If we do calculations on the initial capital needed, we will be wondering, how does someone between 21-30 years of age(some even schooling!) acquire 300k to half a million for initial capital. Either - Many of them struck lottery or became crypto millionaires while in school OR - Real estate is actually a very powerful tool for inter generation wealth transfer or even leveraged wealth generation by their parents Feel free to enquire with if you wish to understand how it works and how you can benefit from this!
