Half Curtain at the main door

I am staying in a HDB corridor unit. Can I can place a half curtain at the main door entrance to have more privacy (similiar to the one at my room) ? Is there any fengshui concerns ? Many thanks

1. In general, from a Feng Shui perspective, so long as the curtains are pastel colours and no controversial design, then no issue.

 

2. Based on Common Sense, personally, I will avoid going thru such curtains especially if there are installed at a toilet.

3. No offense, but I may not want to enter such a home if the front door also has such half-curtains...

No offense: I will avoid entering a space with curtains of any lengths!

Even hospital curtains have an expiry date
for their Antimicrobial and sporicidal disposal curtains

Can I clarify that it is not due to fengshui reasons that u do not want to walk thru a half curtain be it on the toilet, room, main door, etc ? You are concerned about hygiene and cleanliness correct? Thank

ARE YOU A MICRO-MANAGER? YES / NO / MAYBE?

Yes correct. As Feng Shui (FUNG SWAY) does not micro-manage every single item or thing in a home!

However, there can be instances where some may be allergic i.e. skin brushing on such curtains... and some may develop pimples or worse still -  hives or urticaria; what is stopping one from implying that the home has bad Feng Shui.
