If a unit has a view of a Precinct Pavilion, make sure one tries to get a higher unit to avoid looking into this Precinct Pavilion. Especially if there happens to be a Funeral Wake. There are no known side effects of living close-by to any Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) Sometimes matters like this may be out of our control later on. For example, after M.O.P. (Min. One common sense thing about a unit facing real water position is that nothing can be built on-top of this water position. Thus ensuring clear or unblocked views. The only draw back is that this water is at the "WESTERLY" side of the development.
