Dear cecil,
When one rents a house or apartment. It is very difficult to find the date of the construction or it is impossible to find when the place was renovated etc. I needed to know
wont it be more accurate to use the date of moving in the rented place for calculating the flying star. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
1. I can understand the problem faced in renting an apartment.
2. As the Flying Star theory is based on the condition of finding the birth chart of the house.
Or if there is a major renovation. This changes the date of birth of the house.

3. As for your question on using the date of moving. This does not change the birthdate of the home. Thus, one should not use the above information.
As the Flying Star is based on 20 year periods, e.g. 1984 to 2003, it is `less' of a problem for those who rent a place built in a specific period i.e. one does not need to know or (care) if the house was built in 1985 or 1986.
4. It is difficult to change the theory to suit a person. As the key essence here is to find the birth chart of the house. The saying goes "garbage in (wrong input), garbage out (wrong output).
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
