Dear Anon,
1. Can u let me know roughly the distance between your door to the neighbor's door.
2. Are the two doors directly facing each other?
Do you know, why your neighbor placed the two large cactus plant (or no clue on this).
The above would help me understand the situation better.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Dear cecil,
In continuation of the above message.
1. The distance between the two doors is roughly 60-70 inches.
2. Yes the doors face each other.
3. The reason they have kept cactus is according to them is that they like cactus and also have lots inside the house. The reason being that the cactus does not require much care(low maintenance plant) and also their cat does not destroy the cactus unlike other regular plants which the cats loved digging the soil out of the pots. But the cat does go near the cactus.

Dear Anon,
1. Thanks for your reply.
2. In my opinion, based on what you have mentioned, this should not be an issue.
The cactus plant and the purpose why it was placed there does not seem to pose a threat to your home.
3. A threat is usually one where it slices thru the main door e.g. at the middle or if one stands at the door, one can see e.g. a lone lamp post.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
