Silk
1. I am a NW person but live in a SE house - which means the front door faces my DEATH direction. What can I do to neutralise this?2. When using the 8-house method, do we activate sectors according to what house the main breadwinner is as against what the house is e.g. again I an NW but live in a SE house - do I activate the sectors which under a NW house would be good for me or work according to what sectors are good in a SE house?3. We wish to have a family soon, what sector should we activate in a SE house when I am NW?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 14, 2000 Staff Share Posted August 14, 2000 Dear Silk,Please see below:------ Original Message -----From: "free-advice Listmanager" To: Sent: Monday, August 14, 2000 7:13 AMSubject: Eight House Query Quote From: "Silk GM" 1. I am a NW person but live in a SE house - which means the front doorfaces my DEATH direction. What can I do to neutralise this?In Feng Shui, there are several theories manily Shapes and Form and CompassSchools: Eigth House and Flying Star. In general, the Eight House Theory looks at:1. How suitable a person is to the house.2. Areas where one spent time at should preferably be a good sector for theperson. As far as the Eight House theory is concerned, (other than the main entrancedoor sector which in this case, is not a suitable house for you). You should also look at the intangible force at the bedroom area.Other than the above, it is difficult to neutralise any intangible forcebased on this theory. Quote 2. When using the 8-house method, do we activate sectors according to whathouse the main breadwinner is as against what the house is e.g. again I anNW but live in a SE house - do I activate the sectors which under a NW housewould be good for me or work according to what sectors are good in a SEhouse? As the Eight House is based on one's Kua number, we do not activate thesectors even if it is based on the main breadwinner or another member of thefamily. As the Eight House Theory, is not related to the Five Elements, wedo not `activate' a sector using this theory. In traditional FS, we can use Flying Star to neutralise or activate a sectorinstead. Quote 3. We wish to have a family soon, what sector should we activate in a SEhouse when I am NW? Normally, Shapes and Form is used to find a suitable placing of the bed in aroom and Flying Star is used in neutralise or `activate ' the sector (thisdepends on individual house birth chart).Warmest Regards,Cecil
